Shuttle Runs (25ft Section Down and back = 1 )

Intention:
– Long endurance piece
– 30-45 Mins 
– Using 3 different cardio pieces exposes 
which piece may need more work for you
– using different pieces is more entertaining and can enhance focus
– Pace accordingly, find where you can push and where you may need to pull back
– descending sets allows for increased pacing if performed wisely

Scaling:
– Start at the round of 40 or 30 if appropriate
– if unable to run we can add a round of 25 to the row and bike
