Classes
CrossFit – Group Training
CrossFit will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day our expert trainers will lead you through a workout using weight lifting, gymnastics(bodyweight movements), and conditioning. These workouts are scaled to each individual in class. We like to say our classes are “group personal training”. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun. This class is 60 mins in length and will be the best hour of your day.
MFit – Group Training
MFit is a killer CrossFit workout with an aerobic capacity, functional bodybuilding, and mobility bias. We have removed the advanced technique movements like snatches and muscle ups so all you have to do is focus on moving and working. This is a perfect program to build the base of your “fitness pyramid” but is also a great workout for advanced athletes who want to improve aerobic capacity and movement quality. This class is 45-50 mins in length.
Gainz
For those who want to get down to the nitty gritty with weight lifting technique and strength Gainz is an additional group program that meets twice a week. This program is designed to be used in addition to our regular CrossFit program.
