Our O.G. Mendotans may recall “Pain Cave”. A title we applied to energy systems training workouts. Well guess what…. they’re back. Any Pain Cave workout is going to get you breathing heavy and build your engine. You will see Pain Cave intervals, sustain, and partner versions moving forward. Some, like today’s workout will be mixed modal and others will simply involve a monostructural movement(cardio) or two. Anyway you slice it you do not want to miss these workouts if you want to breathe better and build a bigger engine.
