Intention:
– heavy deadlifts; build to a 3 for the day across 5 sets
– posterior chain strength 
– single leg stability and endurance
– overhead muscular endurance and stability
– Classic Triplet CrossFit – go fast! challenge yourself! 
– aim for 12 mins or less 

Scaling:
– use DB weights that you could potentially go unbroken
– scale overhead lunges to front rack if needed
– scale the cals on the rower to ensure less than 1 min each set
