Intention:
– approx. 2:1 work to rest mixed modal conditioning
– prefatigued gymnastics
– Aim for unbroken sets
– aim for consistent time intervals
Scaling:
– Each interval should be approximately 3 mins or less
– Scale to a manageable bike distance lasting around 2 mins or less
– Scale the reps on TTB and C2B to ensure time, form and consistency and can be performed in 1 min or less
– Scale the TTB with Hanging knee raises or V Ups
– Scale the Chest to bars with a pull up variation that is at your level
