Intention:
– consistent pacing for 20 mins – little rest 
– upper pulling strength and endurance
– Toes to Bar Endurance 

Scaling:
– weight on lunges or no weight at all
– use a strict style pulling scale 
– progressive scales for TTB 
– scale to move consistently and smoothly from 
movement to movement for 20 mins
