Purpose and Desired stimulus:

– We are training row capacity with CF open movements

– intervals should be fast and aggressive with no rest during intervals

– TTB should not be broken up more than once

Scale to ensure the desired purpose and stimulus are met with the folllowing

scaling options:

– distance on row

– pace on row (should be aggressive but sustainable)

– progressive scales for TTB
