Today we pay respect to those lost on September 11th, 2001 with a challenging partner workout. Use a weight that is challengning but
technically sound for all reps on the Bear Complex. The world has never been the same since this fateful day. Many lives have been lost in the
conflicts that followed as well as those we lost in NYC and Washington DC. There has also never been a finer showing of American heroism and sacrifice.
Let us remember all of this and use it as the fuel that drives you through this workout.
