Program Notes:
We start the day with a heavy Clean and Jerk
let’s see where you are at for the day.
The metcon is a classic 5 round triplet. There is little interferance here
except that your arms are at your side the whole time. Could be interesting.
Get in on the first round, feel it out and then adjust. Breaks might be necessary to
keep from long rest breaks. If you execute properly you can kick the final round.
Special note:
The lateral step overs are a great move as we do not see many moves that get us out side
the frontal plane. Move with athleticism. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Core bracing and
torso position plus full ROM on the legs may not win a race but it is good training.
