Program Notes:
This is 2 aerobic pieces with rest built in to
maintain quality movement and lower stress pacing
throughout. Ideally you walk away from today flushed
out from yesterday and feeling good for tomorrow.
This is not one to push or brag about the whiteboard. Just move
with slight discomfort at the hgh end but steady is better for the designed intention.
