Keep up the hard work with these running days. On May 23rd we will Run a 5k for time and of course we have “Murph” on Memorial Day so keep it up! – MF TEAM

Run 1 Mile at 60-70% RPE
rest 4 mins
Run 800m at 75-80% RPE
rest 3 mins
Run 400m at 80-90% RPE
rest to recovery
Run 1 Mile for time
*RPE = rate of perceived exertion
