This is a stand alone challenging workout piece today. If you are in need of a rest day today then I would enjoy some time away from the gym. If you want to push it.. then by all means, come in.

Gymnastics capacity work. Do your best to maintain each set and avoid muscular failure until the final round where you should go for broke.
