This is just a fun core and conditioning partner workout. Nothing fancy here. If people want extra core work this is a great day to show up.
This is a challenging workout though for sure so if you are tired or sore from the previous days work consider an absolute rest day.
Otherwise come get some extra core work and conditioining with a buddy!
