30-second handstand hold
30-second squat hold
30-second L-sit hold
30-second chin-over-bar hold
* Quality is the aim. Accumulate :30 per move before moving on to the next move
rest as needed then….

Row 250m
30 Sit Ups
15 Ball Slams 20/14
Program Notes:
Today we’ve got a 2 part workout. First, 20 mins of position work straight from HQ and then a 20min core/conditioning piece. Move with quality all day but push the second half if you need to exercise some demons or tempo
it for a nice active recovery piece.
Scaling:
This one should be scaled uniquley to each individual based on where they are at on the day and ability overall.
