Program notes: Saturdays are transitioning into a split jerk cycle. Use this fast EMOM to get reacclimated to the split. Build to moderately heavy on day if comfortable, otherwise add small builds every 2 or so reps. First day on rig since Murph, scale movement depending on how your body has recovered since Monday.
