‘Murph’ 2025

Murph” is a CrossFit Hero workout that honors Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who died in Afghanistan in 2005. The workout is:
1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and 1 mile run.
Participants wear a 20 lb weight vest or body armor. It was introduced in 2005 and has become a Memorial Day tradition in CrossFit gyms to honor Lt. Murphy and other veterans.
