Program Notes:
We’ve got heavy thrusters to start the day. This is here because
they are awesome in general but also to support our squat work
from Monday. At the end of this cycle we will retest our
back squats. We’re going to work core stability, squat, lunge,flex/extend our hips knees and ankles
in various ways often and with abundance.

The metcon is a classic couplet. This one is pure sprint so the weight used should be fast and moveable.
