Last week of our single leg hinge work. Increase your weight on this if possible, and then utilize two KBs for your row variation today. Your wod today is a classic chipper, so have a plan in mind on how youre
most effectively going to cut up these sets. Your deadlift is a step up in weight from last week. Challenge yourself but make sure you’re being extremely conscious of how much leg fatigue you’ll have going
into those reps and scale your weight accordingly. Choose a heavy but movebale weight FOR YOU, egos aside on the RX today 🙂
