3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
Program Notes:
15 mins means some pacing in your burpee and DB on this one. Reps add up quick, the choice is yours between hang snatch and hang clean + jerk, as well as when you choose to alternate arms. Anticipate the shoulder burn on the press out of your burpee as well as the DB pull or press.
Lunges are you very short aerobic rest from these burpees as they are bodyweight today. Put those burpees to the test, you’ve put in the work!
