Program Notes: We had a lot of press/OH work in our previous block, lets see how it feels to get to a heavy single on the day for your strict press. You’ll be using this
number for a form of drop sets with your push press. Arms will be prefatigued going into your push press, focus should be explosive drip and drive to move the bar.
