– continued bench press strength work

– Long duration smooth pacing using open movements

Scale to ensure the desired purpose and stimulus are met with the following

Scaling options:

– Keep pacing smooth and consistent

– keep rep schemes to manageable unbroken sets

– this should feel more like practice than a test
