20 Minute AMRAP
Class is all on 1 team
Athlete 1 will do the following
40 Yard Torque Tank Sled Push (gear 2 or 3)
5 Burpees
10 Wall Balls 20/14
While Athlete 1 is working the rest of the class is biking
Rotate through the whole class to see how many rounds you can complete

Bike is not scored but should be at a pace that keeps your HR up
However you should not gas out on the bike
